Terms and conditions

1. The service

Core Hexagon connects brands looking for commercial space with property owners and managers. We compute a compatibility score from the information you provide and offer private deal rooms.

Core Hexagon is not a broker, real-estate agent, intermediary or party to any lease. We don't guarantee that a match leads to an agreement, nor the accuracy of information posted by other users.

2. Accounts

• You must be of legal age and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for your login and all activity in your account.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk.

3. Verification

To see a counterpart's full details, or be visible to them, your brand or property must be verified. You confirm the documents you upload are genuine and that you may share them. We may approve, reject or request more documents at our reasonable discretion.

4. Plans, free trial and payments

• Plans grant a number of active slots: active requirements for brands, active spaces for landlords. You can create or upload more items, but only active ones take part in matching.
• Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial the plan is charged automatically unless you cancel first.
• Plans renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Yearly saves about 7% versus twelve monthly payments.
• Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Wix and its payment processor.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Unless the law requires otherwise, partial periods are not refunded.
• If you move to a plan with fewer slots, or your plan ends, we automatically pause the most recently added active items above the new limit. Nothing is deleted; you choose what to reactivate.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. User content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, free, limited licence to store, process and show it to other users solely to provide the service.

Information and documents you receive from a counterpart are confidential and may only be used to evaluate that deal.

6. Acceptable use

• No false or misleading information, or properties you are not entitled to offer.
• No unsolicited advertising, bulk data extraction, or contacting users outside the purpose of the service.
• No unlawful content, malware or material that infringes others' rights.
• No attempts to access accounts, data or features that aren't yours.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, matching algorithm, design and Core Hexagon marks belong to [RAZÓN SOCIAL] or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond using the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Core Hexagon is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or negotiations, contracts or disputes between users. Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

9. Termination

You can close your account anytime by emailing support@corehexagon.com. We may end or suspend the service for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version with its date; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the platform. Continued use means acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. The parties submit to the competent courts of [CIUDAD], México, without prejudice to consumer-protection rights where applicable.
