Foot traffic (afluencia)
The number of people who pass or visit a location over a period; a leading indicator of a store's sales potential.
Shopping centers measure visitors with counters at entrances and in parking. Ask for monthly visits, peak days and how traffic flows past your specific unit, since it varies a lot between corridors and levels.
Position (main corridor, near the anchor, by the food court) often matters more than the center's total traffic.
