Gross leasable area (GLA)
The total floor area of a property that can be leased to tenants, excluding common areas such as corridors and parking.
GLA (área bruta rentable, ABR) is how shopping centers are sized and compared, and the base on which rents and many fees are calculated.
For a single unit, ask whether the quoted size is leasable area (which may include a share of walls or columns) or usable area, especially when comparing rent per m².
In Spanish: Área bruta rentable (ABR)
