Strip center (plaza comercial)
A row of stores with shared parking in front, usually serving the surrounding neighbourhood with everyday services.
Strip centers suit convenience-driven categories: pharmacies, food, laundries, gyms, clinics and banks. Rents are generally lower than in enclosed malls, with simpler maintenance fees.
Look at the anchors (often a convenience store or supermarket), access from the main road, and parking capacity at peak hours.
In Spanish: Plaza comercial (strip center)
