Turnkey (llave en mano)
A space delivered fully fitted and ready to operate, often after a previous tenant in the same category.
Turnkey or second-generation spaces (for example a former restaurant with kitchen extraction and grease trap) can cut opening time dramatically. They often come with key money for the installations left behind.
Check the condition and ownership of what's included, and whether it suits your brand standard; removing someone else's fit-out can cost more than building from white box.
